I'm using hotas I've installed the supercruse assist headed towards a station thinking nice no more stairing at a horrendously boring "loading screen" and no more loops of shame I literally zone out xD. As for Supercruise Assist, I have it installed on all my ships too. am I missing. . If you don't steer away from the star you'll hit the exclusion zone and get kicked out of supercruise. As a general guideline: set the supercruise assist throttle to manual in the right panel, roughly aim at your destination, set the throttle in the blue to line up perfectly using the assist, speed up to 100% again. Yesterday : I open system map, select a planet to explore, hit select, engage supercruise assist, wait for planet to be on range, hit the 0-throttle button, launch the probes, and repeat.
